This was a great “no frills” hotel for a trip to Williamsburg. If you’re planning to spend all day out and about at Busch Gardens, colonial Williamsburg, or any other tourist attraction this is a good place to stay. There’s no pool or other forms of entertainment at the property but it’s great if you only need a place to sleep and shower at. Pros: -super affordable -great location -clean rooms -easy parking -used to be comfort inn so pretty well maintained Cons: -breakfast is sub-par (3 types of cereal, waffle maker, bread and muffins. Drinks are apple juice, orange juice and coffee. No fruit, yogurt, or certainly anything hot) -service was pretty non-existent. There is almost always a sign up that says the front desk attendant stepped away but when you call the number on the sign no one answers either. -did not provide stay over housekeeping services so ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. And again, the front desk staff was almost always away from the desk. -those double beds are SMALL and just ok on comfort. By night 3 my back was really on the struggle bus.

I had such an amazing experience with the customer service and management. The manager Dishant helped me with all of my concerns and made my stay here something to look forward too. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Check in was easy , my room was spacious and clean , hotel staff was very helpful ; provided extra clean towels and extra linens every time I asked, they have breakfast downstairs until about 10 am everyday and always have tea and hot coffee available . Friendly staff and convenient location , walking distance to convenience stores and within a few miles of shopping and food options . The pool was open as well . And the parking lot and surrounding area felt safe , there were no people loitering around the parking lot and it was family friendly and there are cameras on site .

Despite what people have said about this hotel we had a really hot experience we spent about $100 for night so price is wrong but rooms weren’t bad hair tie on floor and a bottle cap top but other then that very clean place didn’t see any bugs or anything thank God but quick check in comfy bed quiet didn’t seem like much of a selection for breakfast but didn’t really get up that early either but would definitely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel on October 25, 2025, booking through Agoda. Although I was initially hesitant due to Agoda’s Trustpilot rating of 1.6, I decided to go ahead because of the attractive price. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Harry at the front desk, and his assistance truly made my experience exceptional. When we arrived, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled and that the hotel had tried to contact us that morning, but we never received any calls. It turned out there was a miscommunication caused by incorrect contact details where Agoda had sent the hotel the wrong phone number, email, and address, which didn’t match ours. Harry went above and beyond to help us. Despite the mix-up, he managed to secure a room for us, informing us that only one was available. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to stay comfortably in the same room at the original Agoda rate, with no issues. Harry’s professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine helpfulness truly made our stay memorable.

Loved the atmosphere of the charming inn. Employees were working under trying circumstances with a hospitality walkout with smiles and cheerful greetings. They even worked with my disability to get a first floor room.
